We provide a replacement guarantee only if the product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

To claim a replacement, customers are required to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.

This video acts as proof in case of damage or defects and helps us process your request smoothly.

Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and order details.
