Shipping policy

Soft Lenses offers shipping pan-India only on all orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • We use our trusted courier partner for shipping.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 days of dispatch.

  • Deliveries are made as per the standard policy of our courier partner.

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • For orders above ₹1,000, shipping is free.

    • For orders of ₹1,000 or below, a shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

  • Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • A fee of ₹100 is charged on every COD order, regardless of the order amount

5. Default on Shipping

  • If Soft Lenses fails to dispatch the order within 10 days of order confirmation, the customer is entitled to request a refund.

6. Courier Partner Liability

  • Soft Lenses is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the default of our courier partner.

7. Compensation for Shipment Default

  • Soft Lenses is not liable for any compensation in case of a shipment default.
