Purchase of Products

You may purchase Softlenses Products through the Softlenses website or an authorized Softlenses. Only customers can purchase through Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and through the website.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the price for the Products, plus any applicable taxes and shipping Purchases must be accompanied by payment.
Softlenses reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent activity or an error in pricing or the quality of a product.

It is your responsibility to follow your eye care professional’s instructions for the use and care of your Softlenses Products.
Softlenses Products are for personal use only and may not be resold or return.
Softlenses Products are provided “as is” and Softlenses makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Products or their ﬁtness for a particular period of time.

Softlenses will accept returns or exchanges of unopened and unused Products within 15days of delivery.

Softlenses will not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products unless the Product is defective or the return is required by law or terms and conditions.

Our name is GST certified and according to the GST certificate, the name of our company is “SOFT LENSES INDIA”.
The Softlenses name and logo,as well as all other Softlenses trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, the “Softlenses Marks”) are the property of intellectual right to the company and any illegal use of them may be subject to legal consequences.
You may not use the Softlenses Marks without the express written permission of Softlense Company.

Softlenses shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Softlenses Products.
The liability of the company shall be limited to the purchase price of the Products.
The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you because some countries do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed and shipped.
Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us. Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door. All contact lenses orders with spherical powers are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, while torics and multifocal orders are shipped within 4-5 business days. We would try our best to make your order reach you on time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit in delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, then we will contact you via email or telephone, provided at the time of placing the order.
